Round 2 Notice
On January 15th, the unofficial Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Round Two of the BIP and BTOP programs was released from Broadband USA. The submission date is from February 16th to March 15th. We have conducted a thorough review of the NOFA and it seems that the BIP and BTOP programs have taken many suggestions from those of us who submitted the Request for Information (RFI).
